Tim is a writer, book reviewer and Librarian. He has a Master's of Library Science and was on the Newbery Committee three times. He's been on several other committees for The American Library Association & the Association for Library Services to Children. His first written story was about a horse that ate a hotdog - written at the age of 8. Later came books. He's written thousands of reviews for “School Library Journal,” “Voice of Youth Advocates,” “Horn Book,” “Publishers Weekly,” and “Kirkus Reviews." He’s a cat person, and loves cooking. He lives in a one-hundred eighty-five year-old haunted house in the USA with his husband Trent and their three furry cat-children.
Laura is an amateur writer embarking on her first publishing experience. She holds degrees in Quantitative Economic Science and Statistical Science and works professionally as a statistical analyst and programmer. Passionate about observing the sky and the Earth, and inspired by nature and the complexity of human behavior, Laura integrates these elements into her writing. Her motto is ‘Try it again!’ and she currently lives in Italy.
